  • Finger Thinking:
    • Finger Scrunch
      • Crumble paper (one piece in each hand) at the same pace.
      • Hold hands out and do not look directly at hands (should be just below shoulder level)
    • String Pull-ups

      • Tear the paper as straight as possible along the vertical line
