Locate Us

We are located in Boulder, Colorado on the east side of 30th Street between Canyon Boulevard and Walnut Street.  We are conveniently reached from both Highway 36 and the Foothills Parkway just north of Arapahoe Avenue and south of Pearl Street.

The Sussex One building entrance is located between the Beyer Laser Eye Center and the Jiffy Lube.  This entrance is halfway between Canyon and Walnut Streets.  There is a turn lane if you are driving southbound on 30th Street.  Free parking is available immediately in front of the building or in the parking garage next door.

After entering the building, take the elevators across from the water feature up to the third floor.  We are the second door on your right in suite #311.

Directions:

From Denver: Take Highway 36 to Boulder where it turns into 28th Street.  Turn right (east) onto Arapahoe at the light and continue 2 blocks.  After the Home Depot, turn left (north) onto 30th Street. Go straight through the light at Canyon Street then turn into our parking lot right after the Jiffy Lube.  We are located across the street from the 29th Street Mall in the four story Sussex One Building.  Parking is available near the front doors or in the parking garage.
